63@Parklands combines the former Acanthus Restaurant and Perth’s leading restaurant name "63" under one roof. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Graeme Pallister whose signature restaurant 63 Tay Street remains open for Lunch and Dinner, Tuesday to Saturday.
63@Parklands will compliment this by offering dinner service on a Thursday to Monday basis ensuring that Fine Dining is available in Perth 7 days a week.
The restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation for its fine food and relaxed yet efficient service. With a large emphasis on Scottish and regional cuisine, we source only the best ingredients from local suppliers.
The simple format of the fixed menu offering 2 starters, intermediate, 2 mains, cheese and 2 desserts is designed to highlight the talents of the chef’s team and the use of great produce throughout the meal.
The Restaurant has 30 covers and is light and spacious with contemporary decor. Tables are arranged to ensure an ideal ambiance, from quiet tables for two or business tables for eight people, ensuring comfort for our diners.

Private dining is available for a minimum of 10 diners up to 40 people.
